Cruz provides core technical and GIS support on H2R’s MS4 and stormwater projects. He routinely applies standardized checklists, performs data entry, maintains tracking spreadsheets, conducts BMP inspections, and supports construction site stormwater compliance. In addition, he performs detailed research and mapping for campus stormwater and utility master plans, including compilation of utility records, plan research, and production of high-quality GIS figures and maps. He works under the direct daily supervision of the Principal/Project Manager.
