Our company was founded in April 2017 by Lee Hixon, Ph.D., P.E., and Tom Roberts, P.E., two seasoned professionals with a shared vision of providing exceptional civil engineering services. Both founders bring extensive experience from their backgrounds in private engineering consultancy and regulatory agencies, which gives them a unique perspective on the challenges faced by their clients.
