H2R is a Virginia certified small business led by Professional Engineers who draw upon a wealth of experience, while also aiming to continuously build on our knowledge base to best serve our clients.  Our experience spans both the public and private sectors, resulting in a well-rounded perspective of all phases of the technical and regulatory interface between our clients and regulatory agencies.  We maintain excellent relationships with regulatory agencies throughout the Commonwealth.  Our relationships result in the ability to efficiently achieve the goals of our clients while meeting regulatory expectations.  Over time, H2R leadership has built a solid reputation as experts in our field while maintaining detailed focus on the success of our clients.  We take pride in meeting our clients needs, our role in helping achieve client's goals and exceeding client's expectations.      

 

Our experience and expertise is focused on land development planning and engineering design, watershed master planning, stormwater management, regulated dam design and inspections and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit compliance (including TMDL Action Plan development and implementation).  H2R leadership has managed countless successful projects in these focus areas throughout the years.  We provide services throughout the Commonwealth with offices based in southwest Virginia and the greater Richmond area.
